Stainless Steel Wire Rope Eyelet Thimbles

Stainless steel wire rope eyelet thimbles can be installed inside the steel wire rope loop. They help to protect the cable from pinching and abrading on the inside of the loop. The use of thimbles in loops is industry best practice.

A4-AISI 316 grade stainless steel thimbles are to be used with stainless steel wire ropes.

Sizes available from to suit 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm diameters stainless steel wire ropes.

Once fitted, it commonly known as a steel wire rope hard eye or eyelet.
