Clear Coated NYLON 11 Stainless Steel Wire Rope

Take a look at our range of A4 grade (AISI 316) stainless steel cable with a polished finish which is coated with clear nylon 11 tough plastic

Nylon coating is 5 times tougher than standard PVC coating

1.2mm and 1.5mm stainless steel wire rope is made with a 7x7 strand and the 2.5mm has a 7x19 strand - both strands are flexible

This coated wire is available to buy on pre-wound 100 meter reels or 'per meter' - simply add your require length as a quantity, if you require 60 meters simply add '60' into your quantity box and we will send 60 meters in a continuous length

How do I buy steel wire rope ?

Our tough nylon coated steel wire rope is available to buy in 2 ways...

• Per Meter - Simply add your required meterage into the quantity box and we will send it to you in that linear length. It is sold per meter so if you put '150' into the quantity box we will reel a continuous 150 meter linear length

• Value Reels - We have set reels of 100 meters of steel wire rope, buying these 100 meter pre-wound reels will offer better value

What is the difference between Nylon 11 coated steel wire rope and PVC coated steel wire rope?

Nylon 11 coated stainless steel wire rope is upto 5 times tough than softer PVC coating. For any applications where your coated steel wire rope has to run over pulleys such as gym machines or in food environments we always recommend tougher NYLON 11 as PVC will split easily
