Here at GS Products we offer a dropshipping service so you can get our products directly to your customers quickly and discreetly

We will forward our goods directly to your customer with no branding or labels, you can even forward your delivery notes to us and we will attach them to the parcel(s) if required.. No questions asked! Please see below for our dropshipping FAQ’s

 

How do I arrange Dropshipping with GS Products?

At checkout on the ‘Review & Payments’ tab simply leave us a note ask us to dropship in the ‘Leave Comment’ box as pictured below, there is nothing else to do!

 

 

How do i send delivery notes/paper work to you?

Email us your documents to sales@gsproducts.co.uk along with your order number for reference as soon as you have placed your order, any delays in doing this may lead to us not being able to enclose your documents if they are required. Not all customers choose to do this

 

Do you use plain packaging?

We will not use any of our branded tape or parcel stickers on the packaging and we will not include any invoices, compliments slip or any branded company literature for drop-ship parcels. The parcel will be a plain box with just the goods inside

 

How long will goods take to arrive to my customer?

With us 99% of our orders arrive within 2 working days, if there are any problems we will be in touch

 

What couriers do you use?

We currently use DPD for parcels and PGS / PalletEx network for pallets

 

Can i send the parcel anywhere?

Yes, we can send anywhere within the UK. We can forward goods to end users or any businesses. Please enter the delivery address correctly or you may be liable for re-delivery charges

 

Is there any charge for Dropshipping?

No, simply pay the website prices as advertised – no hidden fees or surcharges

 

What will be the postage cost?

Simply add all items into your shopping basket and the website will work out the postage cost for you

 

Is there any tracking available?

If you enter your email address and contact number in at checkout (NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS DETAILS) you will receive notifications for all DPD deliveries
