A4-AISI 316 stainless steel short link chain, highly polished.
This marine grade chain is made to DIN 766 Specification and has a breaking load to outline product performance.
Ideal to use for mooring, engineering and general use, this chain will never rust.
Diameters available for our Stainless Steel Short Link Chains range from 2mm to 16mm diameters.
Short Link Chains are sold per meter. Simply add your required meterage into the quantity box and we will send your chain in one continuous length
Unfortunately once the chain is cut, we are unable to refund.

Q: If i order 20 meters of this chain will it be supplied in one single length?
Yes, our chain is priced per meter but supplied in a single linear length, so if you order 20 qty it will be supplied as a single length of 20 meters
Q: I want 4 lengths of 5 meters but the basket adds the quantities together, how do i ensure i get the chain cut?
The website will add the quantities together, simply leave us a note at step 2 at checkout requesting the chain to be cut there (see below)
Q: What is the lead time if i order the chain?

Q: Can i use this chain for lifting?
No, the chain has a breaking load which outlines the chains performance but it has not been tested and can not be certified for lifting, if you require chain for lifting please purchase the grade 80 lifting chain
Q; Can i cut the chain myself?
Yes, we sell chain / bolt cutters or you can use an angle grinder (be careful)
Q: Is the chain polished?
Yes, it has a flawless polished finish
